Celebrate Recovery
One of Pinelake’s most active and vital ministries is Celebrate Recovery. This ministry sees God at work through a biblically based, Christ-centered 12-step recovery program.
People often ask, “Who can come to Celebrate Recovery?” Celebrate Recovery ministers to a wide range of people, from those struggling with an addiction or compulsive behavior, to those seeking support from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

We believe that healing occurs in safe groups. That’s why all personal information, sharing, and meeting locations are kept highly confidential. This is a place to be real with those around you without fear of judgment, ridicule, or abandonment.
Celebrate Recovery Schedule
Celebrate Recovery meets each Sunday. All of the recovery groupparticipants meet together for a time of worship and celebration at 5:15 p.m. in the theater (located in the children’s area). Here, you will have a time to celebrate God’s healing work through music and song. You’ll also become familiar with the Christ-centered steps as you hear both lessons and testimonies highlighting the road to recovery.
Small group meetings take place immediately following large-group worship at 6:15 p.m. in various rooms throughout the church. A list of groups and room numbers will be made available at the Celebration time. These groups are designed to provide a place to further discuss the topic of the night as you share your struggles with those around you. In most groups, the other members will share the same struggles and experiences you have had.
Meetings close with a time of fun, food, and fellowship at the Solid Rock Café at 7:15 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Sit with friends, listen to music and enjoy a relaxing end to a power-filled night. Carry on discussion from earlier, or talk about the lighter side of life. This is a great place to find an accountability partner or sponsor.
